Walking into a new place for the first time can be intimidating.
Here’s what you can expect when you arrive at Harvest Community Church:
Atmosphere

On Sunday mornings you will find inspiring God-centered music, life-changing teaching, friendly people and a place where you feel welcome. Membership is not a requirement for attending any of our meetings or events here at HCC, all are welcome.  There’s no dress code – wear whatever is comfortable for you.  Some people get a little dressed up, while others wear jeans and a t-shirt.  Just be yourself.

ARRIVAL

You’ll be greeted by our Hospitality Team. They’ll make sure you have the weekly informational bulletin, can find great seating and get answers to any questions you have.

Worship Service begins at 10:00am in the Sanctuary, but feel free to stop in early to HCCafe, our coffee bar, for some free bagels, pastries, Starbucks coffee and casual conversation. HCCafe is open from 9:00am – 10:00am.

CHILDREN

If you have children, there is also a security desk to register them for activities.  No matter what age the child is, we have a program designed for them.  Children remain in the sanctuary during the musical portion of worship service before being welcomed into their age-based groups.

WORSHIP

Worship Through Singing. We see in the scriptures that lifting our voices, in singing, praising Him with shouts of joy, clapping and lifting of hands, along with praising Him with musical instruments. Our worship style is contemporary yet Holy Spirit-led.

Worship Through Prayer. Prayer is a privilege given to each person where God allows us to converse with Him. Prayer is a reflection of the relationship we have with Him. We believe that through prayer His Kingdom and His Will is done on earth as it is in heaven. If you have a prayer need or request, we have an altar call during every service where you can receive prayer from trained intercessors.

Worship Through Preaching. During this time, our Pastor or ministry guest will deliver a God-inspired, bible-based message. One word from God can change everything, therefore, we place great emphasis on the ministry of the word and it’s ability to reveal “His glory full of grace and truth” (John 1:).
